高血压病病人主观幸福感与情绪状态的调查

目的]探讨高血压病病人主观幸福感与情绪状态的关系.方法]采用幸福感指数量表、Zung焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)对69例高血压住院病人进行测量.结果]高血压病病人幸福感体验低下,负性情绪较严重,其负性情绪状态与幸福感体验呈负相关.结论]高血压病病人幸福感与焦虑、抑郁负性情绪密切相关,对高血压病痛人予心理干预,改善其情绪状态,可提高病人生活质量,增强主观幸福感,促进身心健康.

A survey of subjective blessedness of hypertension patients and their emotional status

Objective: Probe into the relationship between subjective blessedness of hypertension patients and their emotional status.Methods: A total of 69 hypertension inpatients were evaluated via filling out blessedness index scale,SAS and SDS. Results: Blessedness of hypertension patients was lower.They had severely negative emotional status.There was a negative correlation between negative emotional status and their experience of blessedness.Conclusion: Blessedness of hypertension patients was closely related with negative emotions such as anxiety and depression.To provide psychological intervention for hypertension patients and to improve their emotional state could enhance their quality of life and subjective blessedness.It may promote their physical and mental health as well.
