摘    要:目的评估CT血管造影(CTA)在脑血管病诊治中的价值。方法对60例脑血管病患者进行CTA检查,包括颅内动脉瘤31例、脑血管畸形15例、脑缺血性疾病4例和自发性颅内出血10例。除7例外其余患者同期均行数字减影血管造影(DSA)检查,并与CTA结果对照。结果52例CTA的结果与DSA相符。1例多发性动脉瘤,CTA漏检1个动脉瘤。7例本行DSA的患者,其CTA结果被手术或临床证实。CTA在描绘脑血管三维结构以及毗邻骨结构上优于DSA结去CTA是脑血管病诊断的一种简单,快速,非侵袭和可靠的方法。它特别适合于手术计划制定,术中定位以及长期系列随访。

Abstract:Objective To assess the value of cerebrovascular diseases. Methods Sixty patients with cerebrovascular diseases were examined with CTA, including 31 cases of intracracranial aneurysms, 15 cases of cerebrovascular malformations, 4 cases of cerebral ischemic diseases and 10 cases of spontaneous intracranial hemorrhage. All except 7 cases also underwent digital subtraction angiography (DSA). Results In 52 cases, the results of CTA were confirmed by DSA. In a patients with multiple aneurysms, CTA detected one aneurysm but unrecognized by operations or clinical representation. CTA is superior to DSA for depicting the three - dimensional anotomy of cerebral vasculature and adjacent bone structure. Conclusion CTA is a simple, rapid, noninvasive and reliable method for diagnosis of cerebrovascular diseases. It is especially useful in the preoperative planning,intraoperative orientation and long-term follow-up.
