脱痂一号对兔Ⅲ度烧伤的脱痂作用

目的验证脱痂一号对Ⅲ度烧伤的脱痂作用及探索其脱痂的病理过程。方法采用家兔背部左右前后4处Ⅲ度烧伤模型的复制，烧伤后48h分别应用脱痴一号、水火烫伤膏、1％磺胺嘧啶银霜、凡士林油膏基质。观察用药后48h的脱痂效果，以及观察用药后每8h一次共6次的病理标本。结果脱痂一号用药创面100％完成脱痂，基底组织健康，与其他各组差异显著。动态病理显示脱痂一号促发了真皮胶元的均质化变、反应性急性炎症带的生成及胶元的溶解，裂隙从而形成并扩大。结论脱痂号对家兔Ⅲ度烧伤模型的脱痂作用显著，效果良好，并存在特殊的病理机制。

The Separate Action on Burn Eschar and Its Pathological Investigation after Local Use of No. I Burn Eschar Separation Ointment on Rabbits

Objective The study was designed to testify the action of decrustation on burn eschar and to testify the pathological process. Methods No. I burn eschar separation ointment (BESO) was used locally on burn eschar of experimental rabbit 48h postburn and it was compared with Shut Huo scald ointment, 1% SD - Ag cream (1% sulfadiazin - silver cream) and vaseline ointment. The separate action on burn eschar and their pathological findings every sh after use of above medicine during 48h were observed. Results The separation of burn eschar was completed 100% only in the group of rabbits locally .used with No. I BESO. The pathological findings showed the homogenization of necrotic collagenous fiber, the formation of responsive acute inflammation with infiltration of neutrophil cells, the solution of collagenous fiber and collagen, the seaming formed and enlarged. Concl"sion The locally used No. I BESO on burn eschar of rabbit showed complete action of decrustation with specific pathological change.
