| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨预防性气管切开术在治疗重症阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征中的作用。方法 分析１０例腭咽成形术前预防性气管切开的临床资料。结果 ８例分期，２例一期手术治疗，均获得治愈，无并发症及带管出院。 对重症ＯＳＡＳ病例作生气管切开术，可有效，可靠性地保证ＰＰＰ的安全，防止致死性并发症产生。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the value of the preventive tracheotomy on the patientswith severe obstructive sleep apnea syndrome (OSAS). Methods Ten patients performedpreventive tracheotomy before palatopharyngoplasty (PPP) were analyzed. Results Eightpatients had installment surgery, 2 patients, combination surgery; and all the patients, nocomplication after surgery. Conclusion The preventive tracheotomy on the patients withsevere OSAS can effectively and reliably make safety of PPP and avoid lethal complication. |
