| 摘 要： | 目的 提高增加类风湿关节炎的血清学检测手段。 方法 采用不同于常规ＥＮＡ抗原的制备方法从人子宫颈癌细胞（Ｈｅｌａ细胞）中提取可溶性核抗原，进行免疫印迹法检测类风关患者血清中的自身抗体。 结果 ８８例类风关患者血清中抗ＲＡ３３抗体阳性为３２例，阳性率３６．４％；ＲＡ３３抗体可出现在类风关的早期。 结论 抗ＲＡ３３抗体对类风关的诊断及早期诊断有一定意义。

| Abstract: | Objectivc To improve the serological detection method of rheumatiodarthritis. Methods Used a new method which is different from ENA antigen preparation,we got a soluble nuclear extracts from Hela cells to detect autoantibodies of RA patient'ssera with immunoblotting analysis. Results l. The positive rate of anti - RA33 (molecularweight 33 kd) antibodies of RA patient's sera is 36.4%. 2.Anti - RA33 antibody could occurearly in the course of RA. Conclusion Anti - RA33 .antibody has certain significanceindetecting RA and early RA. |
