白血病患者止凝血功能的临床研究

A Clinical Study of Hemostatic Abnormality in Leukemia Patients

Objective To study the variation of hemostatic and thrombotic function of leukemia patients, serial observation was undertaken in both acute and chronic leukemia cases including coagulant, anticoagulant and fibrinolytic, parameters and endothelin levels. Methods Plasma levels of fibrinogen (Fg:Ag), von Willebrand factor (vWF:Ag),protein C (PC), tissue plasminogen activator (t- PA:A), plasminogen activator inhibitor (PAI-A), plasminogen (PLG:A),a2 - plasmin inhibitor (a2 - PI:A), fibrinogen degradation products D - dimer (D - D) and endothelin - 1 (ET - 1) were measured in 64 cases of leukemia patients. Results The levels of FgfAg, t - PA:A, D - D and ET- 1 in acute leukemia cases were elevated and PLG:A, a2 - PI.A were decreased (P<0.01 or P<0.05). In chronic leukemia patients Fg:Ag increased and a2 - PI.A decreased (P<0.05). Conclusion There existed the hypercoagulant status in both acute and chronic leukemia. The activation of fibrinolytic system and the injury of vascular endothelium in acute leukemia cases not only induce bleeding, but may be the cause of infiltration and metastasis of the diseases.
