微波对肢体淋巴水肿IL—1IL—2和SIL—2R的影响

目的探讨肢体慢性淋巴水肿患者的免疫状况和微波治疗对其免疫紊乱的调节作用。方法用生物学方法、放射免疫测定法和双抗体夹心ＥＬＩＳＡ法检测５４例肢体慢性淋巴水肿患者微波治疗前后和２０例正常人的血清、组织液的IＬ－１、IＬ－２和ＳＩＬ－２Ｒ水平。结果肢体慢性淋巴水肿患者血清IＬ－１、IＬ－２水平和正常对照组比较显著降低（Ｐ＜０．０１），而ＳIＬ－２Ｒ水平则显著性升高（Ｐ＜０．０１）。微波治疗后肢体慢性淋巴水肿患者血清、组织液的IＬ－１、IＬ－２水平升高（Ｐ＜０．０１），ＳIＬ－２Ｒ水平显著降低（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论肢体慢性淋巴水肿患者存在细胞因子免疫紊乱，微波治疗能够改善其全身和局部的免疫状况。

Effect of Microwave Heating IL - 1, IL - 2 and SIL - 2Ron Levels in Lymphedema of Limbs

Objective Explore the effect of microwave on the levels of cytokines (IL - 1,IL - 2 and SIL - 2R) in serum and tissue fluid in patients with lymphedema before and aftertreatment. Methods Use a microwave heating machine with frequency of 2450MHz andpower of 100W to treat the patients with lymphedema of limbs, and examine the levels ofIL - 1, IL - 2 and SIL -2R in sera and tissue fluid before and after treatment. Results Thelevels of IL- 1, IL- 2 in serum of patients with filarial and bacterial lymphedema weresignificantly lower than those in control group before treatment, but they increased'significantly after treatment (P<0.01). All those cytokines did not change significantly inpatient with congenital lymphedema. Conclusion Microwave heating can modulate thedisorder of cytokines and strengthen the immunity of the body.
