色素性扁平苔藓:病例报道及文献分析

目的了解中国汉族人色素性扁平苔藓(LPP)的临床表型特点。方法对收集的2例LPP患者的临床表型进行详细报道,并将结果与近年来国内发表的资料完整的8例中国汉族人LPP患者进行综合对比分析。结果10例中男6例,女4例,平均年龄49.0±14.5岁,平均病程31.3±29.3月,多中年发病,病程慢性;临床表型存在显著差异性;典型组织病理学特征为基底细胞液化变性、噬黑素细胞、淋巴细胞为主的浸润,表皮层表现存在一定差异,治疗效果不理想。结论LPP男女发病率无显著差异,表型存在显著异质性,可能具有多种临床亚型;组织病理学表现的差异可能与不同患者取材部位不同而表现为"早期"和"晚期"皮损有关,建议尽量统一于皮损边缘部位取材。

Lichen Planns Pigmentosus: Meta-analysis of 10 Case Reports in China

Objective To understand the clinic features of Chinese patients with lichen planus pigmentosus (LPP). Methods We report 2 patients with LPP,and select 10 other LPP cases which reported in recent years,than accomplish the meta-analyze among these cases. Results There are 6 males and 4 females among 10 LPP patients,with different clinic feature and dissatisfied curative effect. Conclusions There were no significant differences between males and females in incidence rate,with most onset in adult and chronic process; there were significant heterogeneity in phenotype of this disease and many clinic subgroups; the typical histopathology characteristics of the disease is liquation in basal cell (generally or local),infiltrated by melanocytes,lymphocytes (surrounding or along with basement membrane zone),and showed difference in epidermal layer,which potentially caused by the different lesion of biopsy we got and presented earlier stage and advanced stage.
