病例教学法在生物化学教学中的应用

摘    要:为探讨病例教学法在生物化学教学中的初步应用。特选取47名2005级四年制本科学生,分为试验班(24名)采用病例教学法,对照班(23名)采用传统教学法。结果表明试验班测试成绩高于对照班(P〈0.05)。学生普遍反映病例教学法能激发学习兴趣,提高综合能力,引导自身将生化理论与临床问题相联系,加强师生之间互动。

Abstract:To investigate the effect of the case-centered teaching method in biochemistry teaching. 47 students were divided into two groups :the study group and the control group.The case-centered teaching method was used in the studying group.The control group was taught by traditional method.The final examination showed that the results of the studying group were better than the control group.
