| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨经会阴超声 (TPS)对孕晚期前置胎盘的诊断价值。方法 对 5 6例孕妇的胎盘分别采用经腹部超声 (TAS)和 TPS检查进行定位 ,并与产后诊断进行比较。结果 经 TPS诊断与产后诊断比较 ,敏感性 ,特异性 ,假阳性率和符合率分别为 1 0 0 % ,83% ,5 % ,96 % ;经 TAS诊断分别为 76 % ,4 4 % ,4 4 % ,6 4 %。两种方法比较 ,差异有显著性 (P<0 .0 1 )。结论 TPS对孕晚期前置胎盘的诊断优于 TAS,具有重要临床价值

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the value of transperineal sonography(TPS) in the diagnosis of placenta previa of late pregnancy.Methods We performed transabdominal sonography (TAS) and TPS to detect the localization of the placenta in 56 pregnant women and the diagnosis was compared with that after delivery.Results The sensitivity,specificity,false positive rate and coincidence rate of TPS were 100%,83%,5%,96%,whereas that of TAS were 76%,44%,44%,64%,repectively.The coincidence rate of TPS was better than that of TAS (p<0 01).Conclusions TPS is superior to TAS in the diagnosis of placenta previa of late pregnancy. |
