| 摘 要： | 阐述张家港口岸应对突发公共卫生事件的能力,介绍在张家港口岸应对突发公共卫生事件体系建设情况,并针对目前国内外新形势,结合卫生检疫工作特点,探讨口岸应对突发公共卫生事件体系建设。口岸公共卫生安全不仅关系到国家对外贸易的发展,更关系到国家的安全与稳定,国境口岸亟须建立相对稳定可靠的应对突发公共卫生事件应急体系。《国际卫生条例(2005)》的出台为中国口岸应对突发公共卫生体系建设指明了方向。

| Abstract: | Through expounding the public health emergency response ability of Zhangjiagang Port,introducing the establishing conditions there,in combination with new situations at home and abroad as well as health quarantine characteristics,the establishment of public health emergency response system is discussed.As frontier public health security is not only relevant to foreign trade development,but also to national security and stability,relatively reliable public health emergency response system needs to be established as soon as possible.International Health Regulations（2005） has pointed a right direction for the establishment of public health emergencies response system. |
