| 摘 要： | 目的:了解上海市浦东新区医疗机构药品不良反应(ADR)发生的特点。方法:对54所医疗机构收集到的472例ADR报告利用Microsoft Excel电子表格进行频数分析。结果:涉及药品16类共173个品种,其中以抗微生物药引起的ADR发生率最高; ADR以皮肤及其附件损害最多见,占总例数的60．4％。结论:应重视ADR的上报工作,加强监测力度,最大限度地减少ADR的重复发生。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE: To investigate the occurrence features of ADRs reported by all medical institutions in Shanghai Pudong New Area in 2005 so as to promote rational use of drugs in the clinic.METHODS:Frequency analysis was performed on 472 ADR cases collected from 54 medical institutions by means of Microsoft Excel.RESULTS: 16 categories totaled 173 categories were involved in the ADRs, leading the list were antimicrobial drugs.The lesions of skin and accessories dominated the first place,accounting for 60.4% of the total ADR cases.CONCLUSION:Great importance should be attached to the reporting and monitoring of ADRs so as to decrease the incidence of ADRs to a large extent. |
