托吡酯治疗带状疱疹后神经痛的疗效观察

目的观察托吡酯(TPM)治疗带状疱疹后神经痛(PHN)的疗效及安全性。方法将66例PHN患者随机分为TPM组(34例)和卡马西平组(CBZ,32例);采用视觉模拟量表(VAS)评估患者用药前和用药后1周、2周、3周及4周时疼痛情况,观察药物不良反应。结果两组VAS评分随治疗时间延长显著下降(均P<0.01),两组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);总有效率TPM组为(76.5%),CBZ组为(71.9%),两组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。不良反应发生率TPM组为(14.7%),CBZ组为(28.1%),两组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),TPM组不良反应轻。结论TPM治疗PHN安全有效,耐受性好。

Observation of curative effect of Topiramate for treatment on post herpetic neuralgia

Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of Topiramate (TPM) for treatment on post herpetic neuralgia (PHN).Methods 66 patients with PHN were randomly divided into TPM group (34 cases) and Carbamazepine (CBZ) group (32 cases). The severity of pain was mersured using visual analogue scale (VAS) at the pre treatment and 1 week,2 weeks,3 weeks ,4 weeks post treatment. Adverse reaction was also observed.Results After treatment,the scores of VAS in the two groups were decreased significantly as time went on (all P<0.01),but there was no obvious difference between the two groups (P>0.05). The total effective rates in groups TPM and CBZ were 76.5% and 71.9%,respectively. The difference was no statistical significance between the two groups(P>0.05). The incidence ratesof adverse reaction in groups TPM and CBZ were 14.7% and 28.1%,respectively. There was no statistical significance between the two groups(P>0.05),but adverse reaction in TPM group was lighter.Conclusion TPM treated on PHN is effective and safe with good tolerance.
