| 摘 要： | 目的探讨护理干预对学龄前儿童输液效果的影响。方法根据患儿和家长的意愿,将140例学龄前患儿分为观察组和对照组各70例。对照组按常规的输液操作方法,观察组在对照组基础上采用系统的护理干预方法。对两组的护理干预效果即患儿的配合度和输液一次成功率及家属满意度进行对比分析。结果观察组静脉穿刺成功率92.9%,对照组70%,观察组明显高于对照组(P0.05);针对静脉穿刺恐惧心理护理干预,对静脉穿刺的合作情况,观察组明显优于对照组(u=2.8110,P0.05)。结论针对静脉穿刺恐惧心理,进行系统的护理干预能缓解学龄前患儿输液时的恐惧心理,提高对于静脉穿刺的依从性,提高穿刺的成功率,效果满意。
