肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤的诊疗探讨(附41例报告)

目的:掌握肾错构瘤的临床与病理,提高肾错构瘤的诊断符合率。探讨肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤的手术方法,观察其临床治疗效果。方法:明确诊断后,根据肿瘤大小和病变的程度,31例患者行肿瘤剜除术,8例行肾部分切除术,2例病变较重的患者行肾切除。结果:B超诊断准确率76.8%,CT为86.7%,MRI为84.2%。术后患者全部随访1～2年,肿瘤局部无复发。结论:B超、CT、MRI是诊断肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤的重要检查方法,家族史和详细的体格检查能够给我们提供重要的诊断线索。肿瘤剜除术是肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤最理想的手术方法。

Diagnosis and treatment of renal angiomylipoma (report of 41 cases)

0bjection to improve the diagnosis and treatment of renal anigiomyolipoma(RAML ).mastered the clinical and pathological feature .to evaluated the operation of RAML ,observation the efficacy of the all patients .Methods after diagnosis definitely ,according to the size of neoplasm or symptoms of each patient, amony 31 cases had keen treated with enucleation ,8with partial nephrectomy and 2 with nephrectemy . result the correct diagnosis rate was 76.8% by B-utrasound ,86.7% by CT and 84.2%,MRI.all the cases that had been operated on had been followed up for one or two years .no recurrences was found . Conclusion B-utrasound , CT and MRI are important methods to diagnosis RAML the family history and detailed medical examination cold be important clue for diagnosis of the RAWL .in a word ,enucleation should be idea operational method to the RAML.
