我区医院干部保健工作存在的问题及对策

本分析了14所医院干部保健基本情况，阐述了影响干部保健工作质量的主要因素，即：队伍素质不高，经费供应不足，规章制度执行不严，后勤保障不到位等，提出了加强保健队伍建设，加大投入力度，加强科学管理，加强综合性预防保健、强化服务意识的对策措施。

Problems and Countermeasures in Health Care of Carders in of Our Area Command

The authors analyzed the basic status of the health care of 14 hospitals, and illustrated the main factors affecting quality of the health care, such as, not high quality of the staff, insufficient supply of funds, not strictly implement of the regulations, insufficiency of the logistic support. The authors put forward the countermeasures as, enforcing the staff construction, raising the funds of input, strengthening the scientific management, improving the comprehensive health care and prevention, enforcing the cognition of the service.
