| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨螺旋CT三维重建对口腔颌面部疾病诊治的临床应用价值。方法:对17例患者进行螺旋CT扫描,层厚2mm,应用表面遮盖显示法和多层面重建技术进行三维图像重建,用不同的旋转轴观察不同的三维病变图像。结果:螺旋CT三维重建能清楚显示病变的立体解剖图像及其与周围结构的关系,为手术设计和指导治疗提供了客观依据。结论:螺旋CT三维重建有利于明确病变的范围及与周围结构的关系,有利于手术方案的设计和实施。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the clinical application of three-dimensional(3D) spiral CT in maxillofacial diseases. Methods: A total of 17 patients with maxillofacial diseases were examined using spiral CT with slice thickness of 2mm. The surface shaded display(SSD) and multiplanar reconstruction(MPR) methods were used for reconstruction of 3D images. The 3D images of maxillofacial disease were obtained by using various rotations. Results: The method clearly showed the 3D anatomy and their relationships of the diseases, supplying objective foundation for operative plans. Conclusion: The 3D CT is important in evaluating maxillofacial diseases. It can be used for clearing locations and conditions of maxillofacial diseases and operative plans. |
