民营医院医院感染管理分析及改进措施

目的 对我市民营医院医院感染管理现状进行分析及提出改进措施。方法 为了规范民营医院的医疗行为，保障民营医院的健康发展，通过对我市民营医院进行调研、检查，对医院感染管理现状进行分析。结果 提出我市民营医院医院感染管理的改进措施，并帮助指导实施。结论 在医院医疗质量管理体系中医院感染管理是一个必不可少的重要环节，通过一系列医院感染管理的改进措施，使民营医院医院感染管理工作有据可依，有章可循，走向规范化、标准化和科学化管理，促进民营医院走上健康发展的道路。

Hospital Infection Management in Private Hospitals in Kunming: Analysis and Improved Measures

OBJECTIVE To analyze and bring forth improved measures about hospital infection management in private hospitals in Kunming. METHODS In order to standardize medical program of private hospitals and to ensure their healthy development the status of their hospital infection management was collected and analyzed. RESULTS Improved measures and how to carry them out were brought forth about hospitals infection management in private hospital in our city. CONCLUSIONS In system of hospital medical quality management, the hospital infection management is an indispensable and important link. By means of a series of improved measures about hospital infection management, the management work would be reasonable and justified, and tend standardized and scientific management, and lead private hospitals to a healthy development way.
