关节镜诊治膝关节髌上滑膜皱襞综合征

目的探讨膝关节髌上滑膜皱襞综合征的关节镜下分型、治疗方法及疗效。方法回顾分析1989年12月～2005年4月收治的53例髌上滑膜皱襞综合征的关节镜下分型，在镜视下行皱襞切除术，随访分析其疗效。结果53例髌上滑膜皱襞综合征中，镜下完全隔膜型35例，双囊型3例，中孔15例。随访51例6个月q年，平均3年9个月，疗效评定优良率94．1％。结论关节镜有助于该病的确诊，镜下彻底切除滑膜皱襞是治疗该病有效的方法。

Diagnosis and treatment of suprapatellar plica syndrome by arthroscopy

[Objectives] To discuss classification of suprapatellar plica syndrome, its therapic method and curative effect by arthroscopy. [Methods] A retrospective survey was performed in 53 consecutive patients with a suprapatellar plica syndrome treated by arthroscopy from December 1989 to April 2005. Arthroscopic diagnosis and classification of suprapatellar plica syndrome were done. Arthroscopic plicaectomy were performed and concurrent operative procedures were performed during the arthroscopic procedure. [Results] Among 53 cases of suprapatellar plica syndrome, there are 35 cases of complete septum, 3 cases of double bursea and 15 cases of porta. Average follow-up was 45 months (range 6 to 84 months). The rates of excellent and good were 94.1%. [Conclusions] Arthroscopy is beneficial to diagnose suprapatellar plica syndrome and arthroscopic pathologic plicaectomy is an effective therapy.
