高血压性脑出血的外科治疗(附88例临床报告)

目的探讨高血压脑出血（幕上）外科治疗方法及疗效。方法本文88例中,33例采用开颅血肿清除术,55例行微创钻孔血肿引流术,对手术治疗高血压性脑出血病人的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果以日常生活能力做为疗效的评价指标。88例中,完全恢复日常生活能力21例;部分恢复或可独立生活26例;扶拐行走16例;卧床,但意识清楚9例;植物生存状态6例;死亡10例。结论选择合适的手术方式和手术时机,是治疗高血压脑出血,提高患者术后生存质量,降低致残率和死亡率的关键。

Surgical Treatment of 88 Cases of Hypertensive Intracerebral Hemorrhage

Objective To investigate the methods and related problems of surgical treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods Clinical data were retrospectivly analyzed with the influences of some factors of surgical treatment.The cases included 33cases of skull-opened operation,55 cases of microinvasive operation.Results 21 cases were cured;26 cases were partial recovery;16 cases could walk with kidnap;9 cases Lying in bed with consciousness clear;10 cases died.Conclusion Surgical treatment might be good for hypertension intracerebral hemorrhage.But we should make definite diagnosis,grasp surgical indication and timing.
