高压喷氧联合康复新液喷雾治疗乳腺癌患者放射性皮肤损伤34例疗效观察

目的：观察高压喷氧联合康复新液喷雾治疗乳腺癌患者放射性皮肤损伤的疗效。方法将68例接受放射性治疗的乳腺癌皮肤损伤患者随机分为2组，治疗组34例予高压喷氧联合康复新液喷雾治疗，对照组34例用康复新液喷雾治疗。2组均7 d为1个疗程，1个疗程后统计疗效，并采用疼痛视觉模拟评分法（ VAS）评价2组治疗前后疼痛情况，统计2组创面愈合时间。结果治疗组总有效率效优于对照组（P＜0．01），VAS评分低于对照组（P＜0．05），皮损愈合时间较对照组短（P＜0．05）。结论高压喷氧联合康复新液喷雾治疗乳腺癌患者放射性皮肤损伤疗效确切，能提高创面皮肤愈合率，减轻皮肤损伤。

Observation of the curative effect of oxygen spray combined with Kangfuxin spray on radiation skin lesion of patients with breast cancer

Objective To observe the curative effect of oxygen spray combined with Kangfuxin spray on radi -ation skin lesion of patients with breast cancer .Methods 68 breast cancer patients who received radiation treatment were randomly divided into two groups .34 cases in treatment group received spray oxygen to the surface combined with Kangfuxin spray .34 patients in the control group received Kangfuxin liquid was sprayed to the wound .The course was 7 days in two groups .The condition of pain in patients of two groups were evaluated by visual analogue scale （ VAS） .The healing time of wound skin were counted .Results The total effective rate in treatment group was higher than that in control group （ P 〈0.01）.VAS score in treatment group was lower than that in control group （P〈0.05）.The healing time of wound skin was shorter than that in control group （ P 〈0.05）.Conclusion Oxy-gen spray combined with Kangfuxin spray can promote wound skin healing and relieve skin damage and has definite effect on radiation skin lesion of patients with breast cancer .
