陈氏控变咳喘方对咳嗽变异性哮喘预后的影响

目的：研究口服中药对咳嗽变异性哮喘（ CVA）预后的影响。方法将90例CVA患者随机分为2组，治疗组46例予中药汤剂陈氏控变咳喘方口服，对照组44例予常规西药治疗。2组共治疗4周，疗程结束后观察2组患者肺功能改善情况、支气管激发试验（ BPT）转阴率，追踪随访3个月统计转为典型哮喘情况。结果治疗组CVA缓解情况明显优于对照组（P＜0．05），治疗组BPT转阴率高于对照组（P＜0．05），治疗组发展成典型哮喘比例明显低于对照组（P＜0．05）。结论陈氏控变咳喘方有降低典型哮喘发生率、降低气道高反应性的趋势，可以改善CVA患者的预后。

Investigation of Chinese medicine treatment on prognosis of cough variant asthma

Objective To investigate the effect of oral Chinese medicine on prognosis of cough variant asth -ma （CVA）.Methods 90 cases diagnosed as CVA patients were randomly divided into 2 groups.46 patients in the treatment group were treated by traditional Chinese medicine decoction （ Chen control varying Kechuan party ） oral;Control group （ n =44 ） received conventional western medicine therapy .The therapeutic course was four weeks in two groups .After the treatment improvements in lung function , negative conversion ratio of bronchial provocation test （BPT） and status to a typical asthma were observed follow -up for 3 months.Results CVA remission in treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group （P〈0.05）.Developed into a typical asthma proportion in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group （P〈0.05）.Negative conversion ratio of BPT in treatment group was higher than that in control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Chen control varying kech-uan partg can decrease the incidence of typical asthma , reduce airway hyperresponsiveness trend , can improve the prognosis of patients with CVA .
