补心汤治疗阳虚水泛型心力衰竭51例临床观察

目的：探讨补心汤治疗阳虚水泛型心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法将100例阳虚水泛型心力衰竭患者随机分为2组。对照组49例，予西医常规基础治疗；治疗组51例，在对照组的基础上加用中药补心汤治疗。治疗3周后，采用Lee心力衰竭评分表评定患者治疗前后心功能的变化及疗效，并观察比较2组治疗前后及治疗3个月后中医证候积分、血脑钠肽（BNP）水平、6 min步行距离试验（6MWT）的变化，随访6个月观察患者远期病情变化。结果2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05），治疗组疗效优于对照组；2组治疗后及3个月后中医证候积分、血BNP、6 MWT距离与本组治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义（ P＜0．05），中医证候积分及BNP水平降低，6MWT距离增加；治疗组治疗后及治疗3个月后中医证候积分、血BNP、6MWT距离与对照组治疗后同期比较差异均有统计学意义（P＜0．05），治疗组改善均优于对照组；2组6个月后随访情况比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05），治疗组远期疗效优于对照组。结论补心汤治疗阳虚水泛型心力衰竭患者可以明显降低血BNP浓度，改善患者心功能及生活质量、活动耐力，长期服用可能对慢性心力衰竭及病情的加重有预防作用。

Investigation of Buxin decoction on the treatment of Yang deficiency water generic heart failure

Objective To investigate the effect Buxin decoction on Yang deficiency water generic heart fail-ure.Methods 100 patients with Yang deficiency water generic heart failure were randomly divided into two groups . 49 cases in control group were given western medicine therapy on a regular basis .51 cases in treatment group were treated by Buxin decoction on the basis of control group treatment .After three weeks of treatment the change of heart function and the curative effect were evaluated by Lee heart failure assessment .The changes of traditional Chinese medicine score, BNP level and 6MWT were observed before and after treatment and three month of treatment .Patients were followed up for 6 months forward condition changes .Results There was significant difference between two groups on the total effective rate （P〈0.05）.The curative rate in treatment group was superior to that in control group.There were significant differences between before and after treatment and three months of treatment on traditional Chinese medicine score , BNP level and 6MWT in two groups （P〈0.05）.Traditional Chinese medicine score and BNP level were decreased after treatment , distance of 6MWT was increased.There was significant differ-ences between two groups on forward condition changes followed up for 6 months （P〈0.05）.Long-term effect in treatment group was superior to that in control group .Conclusion Buxin decoction can significantly reduce blood BNP concentration , significantly improve patients＆#39;heart function and life quality , endurance , long term usage can has preventive action for chronic heart failure and the deterioration of the illness on the treatment of Yang deficiency water generic heart failure .
