脆性组氨酸三联体基因(FHIT)在膀胱移行细胞肿瘤中的表达及其临床意义

摘    要:目的研究脆性组氨酸三联体基因(FHIT)在膀胱移行细胞肿瘤中的表达及其临床意义。方法用免疫组化法检测60例术前未经化疗、放疗和免疫治疗的膀胱移行细胞肿瘤和20例膀胱非肿瘤性病变的FHIT蛋白的表达。结果FHIT蛋白在膀胱病变的肿瘤与非肿瘤之间的表达有显著性差异(P〈0.05)。FHIT蛋白在膀胱移行细胞肿瘤不同分级中随恶性程度的增高。表达减少。有显著的统计学意义(Spearman相关分析,P〈0.01);在膀胱移行细胞癌不同临床分期中随分期的增高,表达减少,但无统计学差异(P〉0.05)。结论FHIT与膀胱肿瘤移行细胞癌的发生发展有关,可望成为一种新的预后指标用于临床监测。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the express and clinical significance of fragile histidine triad(FHIT) in bladder transitional cell carcinoma.Methods The expression of FHIT was studied by S-P immunohistochemisty in 20 cases of non-tumor tissues and 60 bladder transitional cell tumors,patients with which had not been treated by chemotherapy,radiotherapy and immunotherapy before surgery.Results The expression of FHIT protein in tumor tissues were higher than that in non-tumor tissues and showed statistical significance(P<0.05);the expression of FHIT protein in different grade bladder transitional cell tumors had marked statistical significance(P<0.01).Though the clinical stage showed different immunoactivities for FHIT protein,and the present of FHIT decreased with the high stage,they had no statistical significance.Conclusion FHIT is related with occurrence and development of bladder transitional cell carcinoma.It can be regarded as a new useful prognosis index in clinical monitoring.
