不同季节孕妇膳食营养状况分析

摘    要:通过对747例孕妇膳食情况的调查,了解孕妇在不同季节各种素的摄故水平及达到RDA值的状况。结果显示不同季节孕妇的能量分配其本符合中国营养学会推荐的比例,除钙,铁锌、核黄素的平均摄入量只达到RDA的值的60%左右外。

Abstract:The diet of 747 cases of pregnant women were investigated in order to evaluatetheir intakes of various nutrients at different seasons and to compare them with "The Recommended Dietary Allowances of Chinese (RDA) ". The results showed that at different seasons the energydistribution of the pregnant women was almost compatible with that of the RDA except for themean intakes of calcium, iron,zinc and riboflavin were only about 60% of that of the RDA standard,the mean intakes of other nutrients were about 90% of that of the RDA standard,significantseasonal differences (P <0. 01 ) were presen among many nutrients,and there was still a considerable percentage of pregnant women whose intakes of various nutrients did not reach RDA standardtook at each season.
