丙型病毒性肝炎患者补体对免疫沉淀的抑制作用研究

目的 了解丙型肝炎患者补体对免疫沉淀抑制作用（IIPC）在丙型肝炎的发病中的作用。方法 采用辣根过氧化物酶（PO）作为抗原，通过比色法对185例病毒性肝炎患者血清IIPC进行了研究，并同时对补体成分C3、C4进行检测。结果 与正常对照者比较，丙型肝炎所致的慢性活动性肝炎、慢性迁延性肝炎、重症肝炎、肝硬化IIPC均降低（P〈0．01，0．05），而与急性肝炎组、病毒携带者无差别（P〉0．05），急性肝炎组、慢性迁延性肝炎、慢性活动性肝炎、肝硬化、重症肝炎IIPC低下的发生率分别为39．0％、65．2％、51．0％、34．8％、73．3％。结论 丙型肝炎所致的不同肝病中IIPC均有所降低，并与其严重程度有关。

Research on Effect of Inhibition of Immune Precipitation by Complement on Cases with Viral Hepatitis C

Objective To know the effect of inhibition of immune precipitation by complemnt(IIPC) on cases with viral hepatitis B. Methods To use capsic peroxidase as antigen,after being mixed with corresponding antibody,to add serum,hatching,centrifugalizing,then deriving the clear liquid and add I,I-phenylenediamine.Serum IIPC were investigated in 185 cases with viral hepatitis by colorimetry,and C_3,and C_4 of complements were tested at the same time. Results Compared with that in the normal control group,IIPC of chronic active hepatitis,chronic migratory hepatitis,serious hepatitis,and liver cirrhosis caused by hepatitis C decreased(P<0.01,0.05),respectively.And Compared with that in the acute hepatitis group,there was no difference in the viral carriers.(P>0.05).The incidences of hypo-IIPC for the groups of acute hepatitis,chronic migratory hepatitis,chronic active hepatitis,liver cirrhosis,and serious hepatitis were 39.0%,65.2%,51.0%,34.8% and 73.3%,respectively. Conclusion The IIPC of different hepalopathies caused by hepatitis C are reduced respectively and correlated to their severity.
