摘    要:目的 :了解镉、硒对NIH小鼠超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)活性变化的作用。方法 :采用Oyanagui和贺锐的方法测定Cu—ZnSOD和Mn—SOD活性。结果和结论 :镉能使NIH小鼠内脏组织细胞的Cu—ZnSOD活性降低 ,Mn—SOD活性相应增高 ,硒能拮抗这种作用 ,从酶角度阐明了镉的致癌机理

Abstract:objective: A explore the variation for Trace element cadmium and selenium upon Superoxide dismutase activity (SOD)in NIH mouse. Methods: We determined the activity of Cu-Zn SOD and Mn-SOD With Oyanagui and Herui's methods. Results and Conclusion: The result suggested that the Cadmium have been made the Cu-Zn SOD activity level of tissue cell in internal organs decrease?and had a activity of Mn-SOD Were more higher. Selenium have a antagonize. We have elucidated the mechanism of carcinogenesis of cadmium at a enzymologic angle.
