| 摘 要： | 目的：对辽宁省20个产点的酸浆宿存萼中木樨草素的含量进行比较。方法：采用高效液相色谱法进行木樨草素含量测定。结果：木樨草素在（0．0286～0．1430）μg成良好的线性关系（r=0．9995），加样回收率为99．04％，RSD=2．83％（n=5）。结论：相同成熟度，相同的生态环境，但不同地点的酸浆宿存萼中木樨草素含量存在差异。

| Abstract: | Objective：To determine luteolin content in Physalis alkekengi sepal which were collected from 20 places in Liaoning province. Method：HPLC was performed on Eclipse XDB-C18（4.6 mm × 150 mm）column with methanol-water （1：1） as mobile phase at flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The column was 25 ℃ and the detection wavelength was 349 nm. Results：The liner range of luteolin was 0.028 6 mg-0.143 0 mg （r=0.999 5）,the average recovery rate was 99.04% and RSD was 2.83%（n=5 ）.Conclusion：There exists significant difference in the content of luteolin in Physalis alkekengi sepal which was collected from different places. |
