中药注射剂不良反应报告分析

目的了解我院使用中药注射剂引起药物ADR的特点和规律,为临床安全用药提供参考。方法采用回顾性调查分析方法,对我院2005年至2012年9月收集的27例中药注射剂所致ADR报告进行统计分析。结果 27例ADR涉及5种中药注射剂,累及7个系统/器官;男15例（57.3%）,女12例（42.7%）;ADR多发于35-59岁年龄组共19例（70.3%）;大部分ADR发生在用药30min内（87.5%）;临床表现以皮肤及其附件损害多见,其次为全身性损害及用药部位损害,较严重的有呼吸困难、过敏性休克等;严重ADR发生的比例较高（21.9%）。结论医院应高度重视中药注射剂ADR的报告和监测工作,严格遵循中药注射剂临床使用基本原则,保障患者用药安全,促进临床合理用药。

Analysis of Traditional Chinese Medicine Adverse Reaction Reports

Objective to understand the characteristics and rules of drug ADR caused by using traditional Chinese medicine injections in our hospital,and provide reference for clinical safe medication.Methods the retrospective analysis method,statistical analysis of our hospital from 2005 to 2012 September collected 27 cases of traditional Chinese medicine injection by ADR report.Results 27 cases of ADR involving 5 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine injections,involving 7 systems / organs;15 were male （57.3%）,female 12 cases （42.7%）; the ADR sends in the 35～59 age group were 19 cases （70.3%）;the majority of ADR occurred in the use of 30min in （87.5%）;the clinical manifestations of the lesion of skin and its annex to see more,followed by systemic damage damage and application site,breathing difficulties,serious allergic shock;the proportion of severe ADR was higher（21.9%）.Conclusion the hospital should attach great importance to traditional Chinese medicine injection ADR reporting and monitoring work,strictly abide by the basic principles on the use of TCMI clinical medication safety,security,promote clinical rational drug use.
