| 摘 要： | 目的研究养阴清咽颗粒的质量控制标准。方法采用薄层色谱法对颗粒中玄参、桔梗进行定性鉴别,并用高效液相色谱法对颗粒中的金银花进行含量测定。结论薄层色谱分离清晰,阴性无干扰。绿原酸在0.372～3.348μg范围内呈良好的线性关系。平均加样回收率为99.00%,RSD1.62%（n=6）。结论该方法专属性强,灵敏度高,重复性好,可用于该颗粒的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish the quality standard for Yangyinqingyan Granules.Methods Platycodonis Radix and Scrophulariae Radix were identified by TLC.The content of chlorogenic acid was determinated by HPLC.Results The established identification methods were proper and reflecting a good specificity.The experiment showed good linear relationship at the ranges of 0.372～3.348μg for chlorogenic acid.The average recovery rare of chlorogenic acid was 99.00%,RSD was 1.62% （n=6）.Conclusion The established methods are not only practical but capable of effectively controlling the quality of Yangyinqingyan Granules. |
