针灸联合推拿按摩治疗失眠120例

目的观察针灸联合推拿按摩治疗失眠的临床效果。方法对120例应用针灸联合推拿按摩方法治疗的失眠患者，按年龄不同进行分组，均采用睡眠状况自量表评分法（SRSS）进行治疗前后的评分，比较治疗前后睡眠质量。结果不同年龄组治疗后睡眠状况自量表评分均比治疗前低，治疗前后之间比较P〈0．05，差异有显著性。结论针灸联合推拿按摩在治疗失眠上可取得良好的临床效果，值得推广。

Clinical Research of Acupuncture plus Massase Therapy for insomnia
