| 摘 要： | 目的：评价负压吸引球在乳腺癌根治术后的应用效果。方法：经随机分组，就切口Ⅰ期愈合率，皮瓣坏死率及住院天数进行对比分析。结果：乳腺癌术后应用负压吸引球提高了Ⅰ期愈合率，降低了皮瓣坏死率，缩短了平均住院时间。结论：负压吸引球操作简便，安全可靠，经济实用，是乳腺癌根治术后引流有效的方法之一。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the effect of negative pressure absorbing ball in the treatment of breast cancer. Method Patients were randomly divided into groups. Then the recovery rate of phase I cut, necrosis rate Of skin flap and days for hospitalization were compared. Results The application of negative pressure absorbing ball has increased the recovery rate of phase I cut,and reduced the necrosis rate of skin flap and days for hospitalization. Conclusion The negative pressure absorbing ball is a effective, safe, economical and easy to use method of drainage for radical cure operation of breast cancer. |
