基于粪便样本的大肠癌筛查技术概况

大肠癌是全球发病率和死亡率均排前列的恶性肿瘤之一。定期人群大肠癌筛查是有效降低大肠癌发病率和死亡率的重要方法。近年来基于粪便样本的非侵入性大肠癌筛查技术的发展,为大肠癌的防治提供了更多的选择。本文就基于粪便样本的大肠癌常用筛查技术和研究进展进行综述。

Colorectal cancer screening technologies based on stool samples

Colorectal cancer is one of the most common malignancies in terms of morbidity and mortality across the globe.It has been proved that regular screening among the general population could effectively reduce the incidence and mortality of colorectal cancer.The development of non-invasive screening technologies based on stool samples has provided more options for the prevention and treatment of colorectal cancer.This paper reviewed the common colorectal cancer screening technologies and the research progress based on stool samples.
