天津市戒烟门诊158名就诊吸烟者戒烟状况调查

目的 了解天津市戒烟门诊就诊吸烟者的人群特点、吸烟情况、戒烟情况,为更有效的开展戒烟门诊服务提供科学依据。方法 调查前来三家戒烟门诊就诊的158名吸烟者,并于一个月后进行随访。结果 就诊吸烟者中50%(79/158)是通过医生推荐或转诊至戒烟门诊,47.5%(75/158)决定戒烟的原因是自身患病,59.5%(94/158)的人尝试过戒烟;就诊吸烟者的平均烟龄为19.5年,平均每日吸烟量为16.3支;一个月随访的应答率为86.7%(137/158),一个月随访的时点戒烟率为43.1%(59/137),未戒烟者的一个月时点减烟率为56.4%(44/78);27.0%(37/137)的人认为医生或药物对其戒烟帮助最大。结论 天津市戒烟门诊能提高吸烟者的戒烟率,但目前就诊人数较少,还应继续加大戒烟门诊的宣传力度。

Smoking cessation condition among 158 smokers in smoking cessation clinic,Tianjin

Objective To investigate the group characteristic,smoking status,and smoking cessation status of smokers in smoking cessation clinic in Tianjin,so as to provide scientific evidence for carrying out smoking cessation clinic service effectively.Methods 158 smokers in 3 smoking cessation clinics were investigated and the follow-up had finished after a month.Results 50% (79/158) of the smokers going to the smoking cessation clinic were recommended by doctors or referral,47.5% (75/158) of them decided to quit smoking because of their own illness,and 59.5% (94/158) of them had tried to quit smoking.On the average,the patients smoked for 19.5 years with 16.3 cigarettes per day.The response rate of the follow-up was 86.7% (137/158),and the one-month smoking cessation rate was 43.1% (59/137).56.4%(44/78) of those who did not quit smoking smoked less than half compared to a month ago,and 27.0% (37/137) of them considered that doctors or drugs played the most helpful role.Conclusion The smoking cessation clinic in Tianjin have a relatively good effect on quitting smoking,and publicity of the smoking cessation clinic should be strengthened in the society to help increase the clinical visitors.
