摘    要:目的 探究中国大学生生活事件与心理健康的关系,为高校心理健康教育工作提供科学依据。方法 对以中国大学生为研究样本的41篇文献,共计42个独立样本(n = 33 313)进行元分析。结果 SCL - 90总分与生活事件总分、人际关系、学习压力、受惩罚、丧失、健康适应和其他各因子的相关系数为0.479、0.461、0.443、0.345、0.273、0.430、0.417,均达到显著(P<0.001);学校类型对SCL - 90总分与学习压力因子的相关性有调节作用(Q = 4.174,P<0.05);发表年份对SCL - 90总分与人际关系(P<0.01)、学习压力(P<0.01)和其他事件(P<0.05)的相关性有调节作用。结论 大学生的心理健康水平与各类负性生活事件显著相关。心理健康水平与学习压力的相关程度受到学校类型和发表年份的调节;心理健康水平与人际关系、其他事件的相关程度皆受到发表年份的调节。

Abstract:Objective To explore the relationship between life events and mental health of college students in China and to provide a scientific basis for mental health education in colleges and universities. Methods A total of 42 independent samples (n=33313) from 41 Chinese college students were selected for meta-analysis. Results The correlation coefficient between SCL-90 score and total score of life events, interpersonal relationship, study stress, punishment, loss, health adaptation and other factors were 0.479, 0.461, 0.443, 0.345, 0.273, 0.430, 0.417, all reaching significance(P<0.001); the type of school had a regulatory effect on the correlation between SCL-90 total score and learning stress factor(Q=4.174, P<0.05); the published years had a regulatory effect on the correlation between SCL-90 score and interpersonal relationship (P<0.01), learning pressure(P<0.01) and other events(P<0.05). Conclusion The mental health level of college students is significantly related to various negative life events. The correlation between the level of mental health and the learning pressure is regulated by the type of school and the year of publication. The levels of mental health, interpersonal relationships and other events are all regulated by the published years.
