合肥市某高校本科护生品格优势、领悟社会支持与共情的关系研究

目的 探讨本科护生品格优势、领悟社会支持与共情现状，并分析三者关系。方法 选取合肥市某所高等院校411例本科护生，采用品格优势量表（VIA - IS)、领悟社会支持量表（PSSS）、护生共情量表（JPES-NS）进行问卷调查。结果 本科护生的品格优势总分为（154.82±13.57）分、领悟社会支持总分为（63.03±10.00）分、共情总分为(109.49±14.18)分。相关分析显示，品格优势、领悟社会支持与共情之间呈正相关(r = 0.11～0.79，均P＜0.01)。多元线性回归分析显示，本科护生的领悟社会支持水平和品格优势水平可以正向预测其共情水平（B值为0.119、0.656，均P＜0.05）。 结论 本科护生的品格优势、领悟社会支持是影响共情水平的因素。应当重视培养护生的品格优势，为其提供多方面支持，以提升其共情水平，为其将来适应临床工作，预防医患矛盾发生提供依据。

The relationship of character strengths,perceived social support to empathy of nursing undergraduates in a university of Hefei

Objective To investigate the status and the relationship of character strengths, empathy and perceived social support of nursing undergraduates. Methods A total of 411 nursing undergraduates in one of universities of He Fei was investigated, Using Values In Action Inventory of Strength(VIA-IS), Jefferson scale of Physician Empathy-Nursing Student (JPES-NS) and Perceived Social Support Scale(PSSS) to investigate. Results The score of character strengths of nursing undergraduates was (154.82±13.57). The score of perceived social support of nursing undergraduates was (63.03±10.00), the score of empathy of nursing undergraduates was (109.49±14.18). The correlation analysis showed all 24 character strengths scores, empathy scores, and perceived social support were significantly positive correlated(r=0.11-0.79, P＜0.05). Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the level of character strengths and perceived social support of nursing undergraduates could predict the level of empathy. Conclusion The character strengths and perceived social support are the factors of nursing undergraduates. In order to improve the level of empathy and the communication skill and help them to adapt the clinical work and prevent the contradiction of hospitals and the patients, we should pay attention to cultivate the character strengths of them and offer different kinds of supports to nursing undergraduates.
