郑州大学生生活满意度和心理韧性状况调查及关系分析

摘    要:目的 了解郑州高校大学生生活满意度和心理韧性方面的状况以及两者之间存在的关系,为提高郑州高校大学生身心健康水平提供支持。方法 采用方便抽样的方法,以班级为单位随机分层整群抽取郑州市6所高校的2 604名在校大学生对其采用青少年生活满意度量表和心理韧性量表进行调查,并对结果进行统计分析。结果 郑州高校大学生生活满意度总评分为(4.73±0.77)分。男女生在家庭、学业、环境等因子上得分差异有统计学意义(t值分别为-2.964、4.402、0.814,P值均<0.05)。郑州高校大学生心理韧性总得分为(3.42±0.42)分。回归分析显示,心理韧性各维度均进入回归方程(F值为342.13,R2值为0.405,P<0.01),解释生活满意度总变异的40.7%。心理韧性总评分也进入回归方程(F值为1 539.42,R2值为0.380,P<0.01),解释生活满意度总变异的38.2%。结论 郑州高校大学生心理韧性对生活满意度起到较好的预测作用,今后可以从提高大学生心理韧性的角度促进心理健康水平的提高,从而提高大学生的生活满意度。

Abstract:Objective The aim of this study was to understand college students’ life satisfaction and mental resilience conditions as well as the relation between the two, to improve the level of university college students physical and mental health support in Zhengzhou. Methods Using a convenient sampling method, a random stratified cluster sampling method utilizing class as a unit sampled 2604 college students in 6 universities in Zhengzhou and investigated their adoption of adolescent life satisfaction scale and mental toughness scale. The results were statistically analyzed. Results The overall evaluation of life satisfaction of college students in Zhengzhou was 4.73 ± 0.77. The difference in score of male and female students in family, study, environment and other factors was statistically significant(t=-2.964, 4.402, 0.814, P<0.05). The psychological resilience of college students in Zhengzhou was divided into 3.42 ± 0.42. Regression analysis showed that all dimensions of psychological resilience entered regression equation(F=342.13, R2=0.405, P<0.01), and the total variation of life satisfaction was 40.7%. The total mental resilience score also entered the regression equation (F=1539.42, R2=0.380, P<0.01), which explained 38.2% of total variation in life satisfaction. Conclusion In Zhengzhou, college students' mental resilience can better predict life satisfaction. From the angle of improving college students' mental resilience, it is suggested to improve the level of mental health in the future, so as to improve the life satisfaction of college students.
