1 097例健康体检女性阴道微生态检测结果分析

目的 分析柳州市健康体检的女性进行阴道微生态检测结果,为女性阴道感染防治提供依据。方法 选取体检女性1 097例,取阴道分泌物分别进行盐水湿片直接显微镜检查、革兰染色观察菌群及病原微生物,综合进行全面微生态评价。结果 1 097例女性阴道微生态失调者586例,占比53.42%,其中BV的发生率最高,占12.49%,其次为VVC占7.75%,阴道微生态失调率、BV的感染率随年龄的增长上升,VVC的感染率随年龄的增长下降,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01),阴道微生态失调、BV、VVC的感染率在不同季节感染率差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 阴道微生态检测有助于阴道感染性疾病的检出,关注并纠正未明确感染的阴道微生态失衡,对预防阴道感染具有重要的临床意义。

Vaginal microecosystem results in 1097 females undergoing physical examination

Objective To analyze the results of vaginal microecosystem of 1097 females undergoing a physical examination in Liuzhou,and to provide evidence for prevention and treatment of female vaginal infection. Methods 1097 female cases received physical examination were selected,whose vaginal secretions were detected by the saline wet mount,gram staining and pathogens detection.The overall micro ecological evaluation was performed. Results Among the 1097 females,53.42% (n=586) of them were found with vaginal micro ecological imbalance and the incidence of bacterial vaginosis was the highest,accounting for 12.49%,followed by vulvovaginal candidiasis,accounting for 7.75%.The rates of vaginal microecological imbalance and BV infection increased with age,but the infection rate of VVC decreased with age,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01).The infection rates of vaginal microecology,BV and VVC in different seasons were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The vaginal micro ecological examination is helpful to the detection of vaginal infectious diseases,which has important clinical significance for the prevention of vaginal infection to pay attention to correcting the imbalance of vaginal micro ecology with no definite infection．
