基于分位数回归的兰州市在校大学生健康素养影响因素分析

摘    要:目的 探讨兰州市在校大学生健康素养水平综合评价方法的应用及健康素养的影响因素。方法 采用整群抽样结合方便抽样的方法,抽取兰州市7所高校1 705例大学生进行健康素养调查,采用主成分分析法构造综合函数评估大学生健康素养水平;采用分位数回归模型对大学生健康素养影响因素进行分析 结果 大学生健康素养的平均综合得分为0.221(-0.128~0.457)分;生源地、专业、年级在大学生健康素养得分的9个分位点上均有影响,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),性别在健康素养得分中下水平有影响,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 生源地、专业、年级是影响大学生健康素养的主要影响因素,高校应针对性制定相应的健康教育和健康促进策略,以提高大学生健康素养水平,改善其身心健康。

Abstract:Objective The aim of this study was to explore the application of the comprehensive assessment method of health literacy among college students in Lanzhou and its influencing factors. Methods Cluster sampling combined with convenient sampling method was used to survey health literacy among 1705 college students from 7 universities in Lanzhou. Principal components analysis was used to construct comprehensive function to evaluate college students' health literacy level. Results The average comprehensive score of college students' health literacy level was 0.221(-0.128~0.457). Sources, majors and grades in college students' health literacy scores of the nine sub sites were influencing factors, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Gender influenced the lower level of health literacy score, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Source, major and grade were the main influencing factors of college students ' health literacy. Universities should formulate corresponding health education and health promotion strategies to improve their health literacy and physical and psychological well-being.
