低出生体重对儿童智力发育的远期影响

营养不良不仅影响儿童生长发育，而且影响儿童心理发展，特别是影响智力和行为的发展。本文通过对９８例３岁１０个月－８岁低体重儿智务发育的观察，探讨胎儿期营养不良对智力的影响。「方法」９８例低体重儿均采用韦氏方法测定智商，其中小于６．５岁儿童采用ＷＰＰＳＩ智测方法，大于６．５岁采用ＷＩＳＣ－Ｒ方法测定智商。

Tracking Observation the Low Birth Weight Infant Intelligence Development.

[Objective]To research mulnutrient affection on intelligence in low birth weight infant (LBWI).[Methods]The investigation were done by the way of tracking 98 LBWI aged 3 ~ 8years. We determined the IQ with WISC-R (for>6. 5 years old)and WPPSI(for< 6. 5 years old ). [Results] The scores of VIQ and PIQ in LBWI were obviously less than the control group (P< 0. 01). The number of the LBWI(IQ< 90) was far more than the control group,but the number of LBWI(IQ> 110) was less. The average of IQ in LBWI were far lower than the control group, average total IQ in LBWI(BW< 2000g) had largr affectio on the intelligence than in LBWT(BW>2000g). [Conclusions] The development of the brain is very senstive to lack of nutrient. During the embryo malnutrition can lead to the change of the central nervous system and it can destroy the learning ability permanentiy. In order to improve our people' s performance, we must enhance health care during pregnant and reduce the birthrte of the LBWI.
