天麻钩藤饮加味治疗阴虚阳亢型视网膜静脉阻塞临床观察

目的观察天麻钩藤饮加味治疗阴虚阳亢型视网膜静脉阻塞的临床疗效。方法将视网膜静脉阻塞患者56例（56眼）,随机分为治疗组28例（28眼）和对照组28例（28眼）。治疗组予天麻钩藤饮加味治疗 对照组予血塞通片治疗。2组均15d为1个疗程,连续治疗4个疗程。观察治疗前后2组视力、眼底出血和眼底荧光素血管造影（FFA）情况。结果治疗组有效23眼（82.2%）,对照组有效18眼（64.3%）,2组有效率比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,治疗组疗效优于对照组 2组治疗后对数视力比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05） 治疗组治疗后FFA及视网膜出血吸收总有效率92.9%,对照组78.6%,2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,治疗组优于对照组。结论天麻钩藤饮加味对阴虚阳亢型视网膜静脉阻塞有一定治疗作用,可以促进出血的吸收,改善视功能。

Observation of retinal vein occlusion with asthenic yin causing predominant yang treated by Tianmagoutengyin

Objective To observe the effect of retinal vein occlusion with asthenic yin causing predominant yang treated by Tianmagoutengyin. Methods 56 eases with retinal vein occlusion of 56 eyes were randomly divid- ed into two groups. Patients in treatment group （ n = 28 eyes） were treated by Tianmagoutengyin. Patients in control group （ n =28） were treated by panax notoginsenoside tablet. The course was 15 days in two groups. Vision, fundus bleeding and fundus fluorescence angiography （FFA） were examined before and after treatment in two groups after four courses. Results The total effective rate in treatment group （82.2%） was higher than that in control group （64.3% , P 〈0.05 ）. Logarithmic vision, FFA and effective rate of retinal hemorrhage absorption （92.9%） .were superior to those in control group （78.6%, P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Tianmagoutengyin has definite effect on the treatment of retinal vein occlusion with asthenic yin causing predominant yang, and improve hemorrhage absorption and vision.
