| 摘 要： | 目的探讨腰椎蛛网膜下腔置管持续引流对蛛网膜下腔出血(SAH)的疗效。方法:对63例SAH患者进行治疗:治疗组(33例)实施腰椎蛛网膜下腔置管持续流脑脊液,对照组(30例)行间断腰椎穿刺放脑脊液。结果:治疗组头痛或轻程度,痊愈率明显优于对照组,脑血管痉挛、脑积水发生率明显低于对照组,未增加再出血、脑疝发生率及病死率。结论:腰椎蛛网膜下腔置管持续稳压引流脑脊液是一种安全、有效的治疗SAH的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the curative effect of lumbar puncture drainage for subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH).Methods Thirty-three cases of 63 SAH received continuous drainage of cerebrospinal fluid(CSF),and control group(30 cases)received intermittent drainage of CSF.Results The degree of headache alleviation and curative rate were significantly higher,and the occurrence rate of cerebral vasospasm and hydrocephalus in treatment group were obviously lower than control group.In addition,hemorrhage did not occur. Rete of cerebral hernia and mortality were the same in both groups.Conlusion The lumber puncture subarachnoid continuous drainage is safe and effective for treating SAH. |
