| 摘 要： | 面神经炎是临床常见疾病,针灸治疗面神经炎疗效确切,但少数患者面瘫长期不恢复或恢复不完全,留下面神经炎的后遗症。笔者结合病例从早期误诊、失治误治、患者机能状态三个方面,对面神经炎难治的因素做一简单的探讨和分析。

| Abstract: | Facial panralysis is one of the common diseases in our soci- ety.For thousande of years,it has been treated using acupuncture, which is generally acknowledged as one of the most effective therapeutic methods available today.However,some of them become chronic,and even have retained more sequela.The author tries to present an explo- ration of the factors that influence the treatment by three aspects:the wrong diagnosis in the early period,the wrong treatment,the physical condition of the patients. |
