86例急性结石性胆囊炎行腹腔镜胆囊切除术的体会

目的探讨腹腔镜治疗急性结石性胆囊炎的操作方法。方法对本院近几年施行的86例手术资料进行回顾性分析。结果成功完成LC78例（90．69％），其中中转开腹8例（9．31％）。手术时间60～135min，平均90min。1例术后第2天发现胆漏，经再次手术证实系胆囊管上钛夹处破裂所致，无胆管损伤，所有病例均痊愈出院。结论随着腹腔镜手术经验的积累及技术的提高，急性结石性胆囊炎行LC、是安全可行的。

86 cases of acute gallstone cholecystitis laparoscopic cholecystectomy experience

Objective To investigate the laparoscopic treatment of acute eholecystitis stone method of operation. Methods In recent years, the implementation of the 86 cases of surgery were analyzed retrospectively. Results The successful completion of the LC 78 cases(90. 69% ) ,8 cases of conversion(9.31% ). Operation time 60 ～ 135 min,an average of 90 min. 1 case of the first 2 days after bile leakage was found,once again confirmed that the Department of gallbladder surgery on titanium tube rupture caused by folder Department,without bile duct injury,all patients were cured and discharged. Conclusion With the laparoscopic surgery experience and technology to improve, acute cholecystitis stone line LC,it is safe and feasible.
