麦门冬远志散对小鼠记忆能力的影响

摘    要:[目的]观察麦门冬远志散对小鼠记忆能力的改善作用,并探讨其机制.[方法]利用Morris水迷宫观察小鼠的空间记忆及鉴别能力,检测小鼠血清丙二醛(MDA)含量及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性.[结果]麦门冬远志散大剂量组小鼠搜寻运动多为直线式搜寻运动,逃避潜伏期明显短于正常组;血清SOD活性明显提高,MDA含量明显降低.[结论]麦门冬远志散具有改善小鼠记忆能力的作用.

Effects of Maimendong Yuanzhi disperse on function of learning and memory in mice

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To investigate the effects and mechanism of Maimendong Yuanzhi disperse, a traditional Korean Medicine on function of learning and memory in mice. METHODS The change of learning and memory, working memory, ability of discriminating space of the mice was examined by Morris mice experiment. The content of malondialdehyde (MDA) and activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) in serum was detected after the blood take from the eyes. RESULTS The Maimendong Yuanzhi disperse group of high dosage increased the movement about beeline search and found the flat roof earlier. It distinctness improved the SOD activated and reduced the MDA in the normal mice. CONCLUSION Maimendong Yuanzhi disperse can improve the function of learning and memory in mice.
