| 摘 要： | 目的探讨腹部手术切口裂开的预防及治疗。方法对22例腹部手术患者术后出现伤口裂开的原因进行分析及治疗。结果腹部伤口裂开为多方面因素综合影响,治疗方法上采用手术全层缝合。结论纠正营养不良、采用全层减张缝合、注意缝合技巧、合理使用电刀及选择适当切口均将有助于降低腹部切口裂开的发生率。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the prevention and treatment of the abdominal incision dehiscence.Method The etiology and treatment of 22 cases of abdominal post operation patients with wound dehiscence are observed and analyzed.Result Abdominal wound dehiscence is caused by various factors. Surgical full-thickness suture is applied to it for management.Conclusion Nutrition support,de-stretch-ing full-thickness suture,improved suture technique,rational use of electric knife incision and appropriate incision position are helpful for reducing the incidence of abdominal incision dehiscence. |
