南昌地区变应性鼻炎患者野苋菜花粉皮试与血清总IgE的相关性研究

目的 了解野苋菜花粉在南昌地区过敏性鼻炎中的作用情况。方法 我们在1996年11月21日－2000年3月3日期间，选择了249例临床诊断为过敏性鼻炎的病人，用野苋菜花粉及春、夏、秋、冬四季花粉的提取液做皮试，并测定它们的总IgE作统计学分析。结果 发现野苋菜花粉是南昌地区过敏性鼻炎的重要变应原，野苋菜花粉皮试阳性和阴性的患者间的总IgE有明显的差异（P＜0．01）。结论 野苋菜花粉皮试应作为南昌及其周围地区过敏性鼻炎的常规检验。

The study of relationship between Amarantaceae pollen intracutaueous test (IT)and total serum IgE in allergic rhinitis in Nanchang district

ve The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between A-marantaceae pollen and allergic rhinitis in Nanchang district. Methods Intracutaueous tests (IT) were performed in 249 allergic rhinitis patients who were determinded by diagnosis with extract of amarantaceae pollen, spring pollen, summer pollen, autumn pollen and winter pollen. Their serum total IgE was determinded by Elisa. Results The IT positive rates of amarantaceae pollen and four seasons pollen are 55. 02% (137), 49. 8%(124), 51. 00%(127) , 56. 22(140) , 55. 02% (137) respectively. There is the singificant difference in total serum IgE bttween patients with positive and nagetive IT of amarantaceae pollen (P<0. 01). Conclusion Amarantaceae pollen is an important allergen of rhinitis Nanchang district and is its intracutaueous test must be regarded as the routine test for allergic rhinitis.
