| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨64排螺旋CT肺动脉成像在肺动脉栓塞诊断中的临床应用价值.方法 回顾性分析经64排螺旋CT肺动脉成像诊断为肺动脉栓塞的患者18例,其中中央肺动脉栓塞2例,肺叶及肺段动脉栓塞13例,肺段以下动脉栓塞3例.结果 64排螺旋CT血管成像可以立体、直观地显示肺部血管的空间解剖细节,可充分观察到肺动脉血栓的大小、分布及范围.可观察到的最小肺动脉血栓为1.8mm.结论 64排螺旋CT血管成像是一种无创性成像方法,在肺动脉栓塞的诊断及治疗中发挥着重要作用.

| Abstract: | Objective To study and discuss the clinical value of 64-slice helical CT angiography in detection of pulmonary embolism(PE).Methods Eighteen patients were diagnosed PE by 64-slice helical CT angiography,including 2 central PE,13 lobar and segment PE and 3 peripheral PE.Results 64-slice helical CT angiography can clearly display special anatomy details so that we can accurately observe the location and the size of thrombus,the smallest diameter shown in our experiment is about 1.8mm.Conclusion As a harmless examination method,64-slice helical CT angiography plays an important role in detection and therapy of pulmonary embolism. |
