腺性膀胱炎42例分析

目的总结腺性膀胱炎发病特点,探讨腺性膀胱炎的诊断与治疗方法.方法回顾分析42例腺性膀胱炎病例资料、诊断、检查和经尿道电切气化、膀胱灌注等治疗的临床疗效.42例均行经尿道电切加气化治疗.结果 42例中30例经尿道电切、气化及术后膀胱丝裂霉素灌注化疗后症状消失,无复发.12例经电切治疗后6～20个月复发;6例再次电切,3例采取膀胱部分切除加输尿管移植术;1例行全膀胱切除;2例膀胱镜复查时多点活检证实为膀胱腺癌.结论膀胱镜检查结合组织活检对腺性膀胱炎的早期诊断具有重要意义,经尿道电切、气化膀胱药物灌注是治疗腺性膀胱炎的有效方法.

Cystitis glandularis:report of 42 cases

Objective To present the features of cystitis glandularis and evaluate the diagnostic and treatment procedures for cystitis glandularis, Methods 42 cases of cystitis glandularis were surveyed,which were treated with transurethral resection or electrovaporization and bladder instillation of drug, Results 30 of 42 cases were cured with transurethral resection or electrovaporization and bladder instillation of drug. 12 cases recurred 6 - 20 months after transurethral resection or electrovaporization, Six cases were treated with transurethral resection or electrovaporization, and three cases were undertaken with fract bladder resection,crion, combined with ureter transplantation, One underwent total bladder resection, Two of the cases were found to be malignant, developed bladder adenocarcinoma, on pathological studies, Conclusions Cystoscope examination with pathologic studies is important in the early diagnosis of cystitis glandularis. Transurethral resection or electrovaporization combined bladder instillation of drug is the effective treatment. Cystitis glandularis may develop into adenocarcinoma, and close follow-up is therefore necessary.
