| Abstract: | Medical health service public welfare should be achieve by public hospital institutions public welfare,this understanding may be lead the reform of public hospital institutions to misunderstanding.In this paper,from the perspective of public management,we differentiate and analyze public hospital institutions public welfare and medical health service public welfare,analyze the misunderstanding,and then make correction. |
